Relating to transfer of academic credit.

Abstract

Allows student to transfer academic credits from any course contained within foundational curriculum to any other community college or public university. Requires Higher Education Coordinating Commission to facilitate alignment of general education requirements at community colleges and public universities in order to maximize number of courses included in foundational curricula. Requires commission to annually report to Legislative Assembly on progress made towards general education requirement alignment.
